Yeah, Interesting question. I see the front forks are probably compatible (From above: FZR250R 3LN1～6 '89～94) and looking at the schematic, it sure looks the same.
Here are some comparisons:

And the FZR250
Just out of curiosity, I looked up the part numbers for the steering seal and they were the same for both. (No. 42 on the SRV250 Front End image and I believe No. 46 on the FZR.)
